هدفت الدراسة وضع مقترحات لتدويل التعليم في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء<br />خبرات بعض الدول ، والاستفادة من أبرز التجارب التي نهجتها في تدويل التعليم فيها .<br />تکون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التد ريس في الجامعات السعودية على<br />اختلاف جنسهم وتخصصاتهم ، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، تم<br />اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية وبلغ عدده ا( ٢٦٤ ) عضو هيئة تدريس ، استخدمت<br />الاستبانة کأداة للدراسة ، وتکونت من أبرز عشر تجارب عالمية رائدة في تدويل التعليم ،<br />وجاءت جميع ،(SPSS) تم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لهذه الدراسة باستخدام<br />مقترحات تدويل التعليم في الجامعات السعودية على ضوء الخبرات العالمية الرائدة، التي<br />يمکن أن تطبقها من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة (مرتفعة)، ولا توجد فروق<br />ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات ع ينة الدراسة حول تقديرهم لأبرز المقترحات لتدويل<br />التعليم في الجامعات السعودية على ضوء الخبرات العالمية الرائدة يمکن أن تعزى<br />لمتغيري الدراسة(الجنس، والتخصص).The study aims at developing proposals for the<br />internationalization of education in Saudi universities in the light<br />of some countries' experiences in this field, and to benefit from the<br />most remarkable experimentsperformed to internationalize<br />education in these countries. The study community comprises all<br />the staff members in Saudi universities, of both gender and<br />disciplines. The study adopts the descriptive survey approach. The<br />sample of the study consists of (264) staff members, was randomly<br />selected. The questionnaire form was utilized as a study tool, and<br />consisted of (10) international experiments, which are the leading<br />experiences in the internationalization of education all over the<br />world. The statistical analysis of collected data was done by the<br />(SPSS) program. All the proposals for the internalization of<br />education in Saudi universities, which can be applied, according to<br />the participants' responses, ranked (high). There were no<br />significant statistical differences, which can be attributed to the<br />study variables of gender and discipline, among the sample of the<br />study responses concerning their assessment of the leading<br />proposals for the internationalization of education in Saudi<br />universities in the light of some countries' experiences.
