<strong>هَدَفَت الدراسة للتحقق من الصدق البنائي لنموذج قائمة العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية على طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية باستخدام التحليل العاملي بنوعيه الاستکشافي والتوکيدي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أُستخدم المنهج الارتباطي، وطبقت قائمة العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية لجولدبيرج (1999)، ترجمة الباحثين، على عينة من (600) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الجامعات الفلسطينية، وتم التحقق من صدق قائمة العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستکشافي لمعرفة مدى تشبع مفردات القائمة على خمسة عوامل، ثم تم استخدام التحليل العاملي التوکيدي بطريقة أقصى احتمال من خلال توصيف النموذج واستخدام مؤشرات حسن المطابقة، کذلک تم التحقق من ثبات قائمة العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية عن طريق معاملات آلفا کرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية، وفي ضوء صدق وثبات قائمة العوامل الخمسة الکبرى للشخصية لجولدبيرج (1999)، تبين أنها صالحة للتطبيق في البيئة الفلسطينية.</strong><br /> <strong>The current study aims to verify the structural validity for model of list of big five factors of personality on the Palestinian university students using factor analysis of both types of exploratory and confirmatory, and to achieve the aim of study, methodology of Correlative is used, And applied to list the five big factors of personal Goldberg (1999), translated by researchers, on a sample of (600) students from the Palestinian university students, were checking the validity of the list of big five factors of personality by using factor analysis exploratory to see how the saturation of search items on five factors, Was then used confirmatory analysis </strong><strong>Maximum Likelihood (ML)</strong><strong> through sample characterization and use good matching indicators, as well as the verification of the reliability of the list of big five factors of personality by Cronbach's alpha coefficient & Split-Half, in the light of the validity and reliability of the list of big five factors of personal Goldberg (1999), It is suitable for application in personality studies in the Palestinian environment.</strong><br /> <strong>Key Words: Structure validity, Big Five Factors Model Personality.</strong>
