The research aims to both the economic stability and human development analysis,the model descriptions and regression analysis ,and then analyze .the data and test results , Research Hypothesis has been achieved ,which in spite of the improvement of humandevelopment in dicators of income,education ,health, mazdad gross domestic product as a result of the increase that occurred in the oil prices has been reflected in improving both the income , education and health levels ,but many of the indicators are still negative
