The present paper is of a great significant since we shall shed light on the nature of the Non-Governmental Institutions. These institutions have swept the Iraqi society since 2003. They practice their activities with the various forms of the society including women and they seek earnestly to change the attitude of the various parts of the society.The current study aims at investigating the work of the afore mentioned institutions and their aims in the society. Similarly, it tries to knowing the relations between their work and changing the individuals' attitudes especially women.
