<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

<strong>سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى استنتاج مهارات التدريس الرقمي بالقرن الحادي والعشرين، والتعرف على واقع امتلاک المعلمات لمهارات التدريس الرقمي، کما سعت إلى تحديد درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمات في مهارات التدريس الرقمي من وجهة نظرهن بالإضافة إلى وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس بحکم إشرافهن العام على المعلمات ووجود تقارير الأداء الدورية لديهن، إلى جانب تصميم برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات التدريس الرقمي للمعلمات بمؤسسات التعليم العام، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مکونة من (64) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية قوامها (174) قائدة مدرسة، و(981) معلمة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، تم في ضوئها صياغة بعض التوصيات. </strong><br /> <strong>The current study sought to identify digital teaching skills for the twenty-first century, and to determine the reality of having these skills in female teachers, and also sought to determine the training needs of female teachers for digital teaching skills from their point of view, in addition to the training needs from the perspective of schools' leaders in the light of their overall supervising role on the teachers and the results of periodic performance reports they have to design a proposed training program for developing digital teaching skills of teachers in public education institutions. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve its goals, a questionnaire consisting of (64) items distributed under (5) domains was developed and applied to a random sample of (174) school leaders, and (981) teachers. The study concluded a set of results in the light of which some recommendations were formulated.</strong>
