<strong>هدف البحث الى الکشف عن الواقع الحالي والوضع المأمول لبرنامج دمج بطيئي التعلم وجهة نظر المعلمين والاداريين العاملين في مدارس الدمج بالتعليم العام وفقاً للمتغيرات التالية: المنطقة التعليمية، والمستوى الوظيفي والخبرة، وتکونت العينة من (196) معلماً وادارياً من مدارس دمج بطيئي التعلم، وقام الباحثون بتطبيق استبانة مکونة من (30) بنداً تعکس خمسة محاور تم التأکد من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق المناسبة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة على الاستبانة وفقاً لمتغيرات البحث(المنطقة التعليمية، المستوى الوظيفي، الخبرة) من عدم الرضا عن الواقع الحالي لدمج بطيئي التعلم والتطلع إلى أن يکون أفضل في الوضع المأمول.</strong><br /> <br /> <strong> </strong><br /> <strong>The aim of this Search is to reveal the current situation and the expected status of the program for the inclusion of slow learning in general education schools from the point of view of teachers and administrators working in inclusion schools according to the following variables: educational district, level of employment and experience. The sample of the Search consisted of (196) teachers and administrators from schools of slow learning inclusion. The researcher applied a questionnaire prepared by (30) items within (5) axes. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents to the questionnaire according to the Search variables (educational district, functional level, experience) than dissatisfaction with the current situation of the inclusion of slow learning and aspiration to be better in the desired situation.</strong>
