<strong>استهدفت الدراسة استقصاء فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مطور في تطبيق المهارات اللازمة للقراءة الاستيعابية لدى الطالبات/ المعلمات تخصص معلم الصف في جامعة مؤتة. تکونت عينة الدراسة من (43) طالبة</strong><strong>/ معلمة </strong><strong>قسّم</strong><strong>ت</strong><strong> إلى مجموعتين</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> مجموعة تجريبية تعرضت للبرنامج التدريبي، ومجموعة ضابطة لم تتعرض له، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمّ تطوير برنامج تدريبي تضمن المهارات الأساسية للقراءة الاستيعابية، کما تمّ إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة لأداء الطالبات/ المعلمات بعد التأکد من صدق الأداتين وثباتهما. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (</strong><strong>α</strong><strong> = 0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية، والمجموعة الضابطة في أداء الطالبات/ المعلمات على بطاقة الملاحظة تعزى للبرنامج التدريبي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود فاعلية للبرنامج التدريبي في إکساب الطالبات/ المعلمات المهارات اللازمة للقراءة الاستيعابية. وعلى ضوء النتائج السابقة تم التوصل إلى بعض التوصيات.</strong><strong>Abstract:</strong><strong>The efficiency of a developed training program </strong><strong>in the appliance of reading comprehension needed </strong><strong>skills</strong><strong> among the student/teachers specialized </strong><strong>in class teachers at Mutah University</strong><strong>T</strong><strong>he study aimed to investigate the efficiency of a developed training program in the appliance of reading comprehension needed skills among the student/teachers specialized in class teachers at Mutah University. The sample of the study consisted of(43) female student/teachers divided into two groups: an experimental group exposed the training program, and a control group which did not expose the training program. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a training program that included the basic skills of reading comprehension, also he prepared an observation card after ensuring their validity and reliability. the results showed statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group, For the control group of female student/teachers in the performance of the trainees on the observation attributed to the training program in favor of the experimental group, moreover, the results showed the presence of the effectiveness of the program in providing student/teachers with the necessary skills for reading comprehension. In the light of the mentioned results, some recommendations were stated.</strong>
