<strong>استهدفت الدراسة</strong><strong> الکشف عن أهم ممارسات الإبداع الإداري بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر، وصياغة سيناريوهات مقترحة ذات مسارات مستقبلية لممارسة الإبداع الإداري بتلک المؤسسات.</strong><strong>واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، کما تم استخدام أسلوب دلفي، بغرض استطلاع أراء الخبراء (عينة الدراسة)؛ للوقوف على درجة إجماعهم على تلک الممارسات. </strong><strong>وتوصلت الدراسة إلى صياغة سيناريوهات مستقبلية لممارسة الإبداع الإداري بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في مصر، تمثلت في أربع سيناريوهات مقترحة، هي السيناريو المرجعي، المتفائل، المتشائم، والابتکاري، وقد تم تحليل تلک السيناريوهات من حيث نقاط الاستهداف، المدخلات، المسارات المستقبلية، وصعوبات التنفيذ</strong><strong>، </strong><strong>وتم التوصل إلى أن السيناريو المتفائل هو أفضل السيناريوهات المقترحة</strong><strong>.</strong><strong>Administrative Creativity at the Institutions of Kindergarten in Egypt: A Prospective Study</strong><strong>Abstract:</strong><strong>The study aimed at investigating the most important practices of administrative creativity at the institutions of kindergarten in Egypt, from the point of view of a sample of educational experts and the practices of administrative creativity in their management were closely analyzed</strong><strong>.</strong><strong>By Used The analytical descriptive research, and Delphi Technique, The study concluded the drafting of suggested prospective scenarios for the practice of administrative creativity the institutions of kindergarten in Egypt.</strong><strong> These are four scenarios: the referential, the optimistic, the pessimistic, and the innovative. these scenarios were Analyzed in terms of points of targeting, inputs, future paths, and the difficulties of implementation. and the optimistic scenario is the Best of suggested prospective scenarios.</strong>
