<strong>الم</strong><strong>ست</strong><strong>خلص:</strong><br /> درس هذا البحث العلاقة بين واقع التنمية المهنية للمعيدات في أقسام رياض الأطفال وتقييمهم المناهج المطبقة لمرحلة ما قبل المدرسة، والتعرف على واقع خبرة معيدات قسم رياض الأطفال بالمناهج المطبقة بمرحلة ما قبل المدرسة بالمملکة العربية السعودية مع التعرف على أهم المناهج المطبقة في مرحلة ماقبل المدرسة في المملکة العربية السعودية وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى جملة من النتائج منها:بلغت درجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على واقع التنمية المهنية لمعيدات قسم رياض الأطفال في مواکبة المناهج المطبقة في مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة (65%) ودرجة موافقة عينة الدراسة على واقع التنمية المهنية لمعيدات قسم رياض الأطفال في منهج التعلم الذاتي (المنهج المطور) (78%) وهي أعلى درجة موافقة للعينة وکانت لصالح المنهج المطور على غيره من المناهج.کما وجد البحث بأن هناک فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة حسب المؤهل بکالوريوس - ماجستير حول واقع التنمية المهنية لمنهج منتسوري وهي ذات دلالة لصالح حملة الماجستير.<br /> <strong>The Relationship between the Reality of the Professional Development of the Kindergarten Demonstrators and their Evaluation of the Pre-school Stage Curricula in the Light of some Variables</strong><br /> <strong>Miss. Njoud Mastour Aljaid</strong><br /> Master’s Degree inEarly Childhood<br /> <strong>Dr. Raja Omar Bahatheg</strong><br /> Associate Professor, Department of Early Childhood<br /> Faculty of Education - King Saud University<br /> ABSTRACT:<br /> The current study investigated the relationship between the reality of the professional development of the kindergarten department demonstrators and their evaluation of the pre-school curricula. Furthermore, the study examined the reality of the kindergarten demonstrators experience in the pre-school curricula and the most important pre-school curriculain the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results of the study revealed a number of results as follows: The degree of approval of the study participants concerning the reality of the professional development of the kindergarten department demonstrators in keeping up with the pre-school curricula was (65%). The degree of approval of the study participants concerning the reality of the professional development of the kindergarten demonstrators in the self-learning curriculum (the developed curriculum) was (78%) which considered the highest degree of approval among the participants concerning the developed curriculum. The results of the study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the study participants in the light of their qualifications (bachelor’s degree - Master's degree in the professional development of the Montessori curriculum) in favor of the masters' degree holders.
