The study aimed at identifying the implications for medical neglect of prisoners inside Israeli jails and define the role of Palestinian institutions (governmental and civil) in mitigating the effects of the medical neglect of prisoners in Israeli jails, and try to come to visualize the proposal from the perspective of social service to mitigate the effects of medical negligence on the captive editor. , The study sample consisted of (50), editor of the released prisoners deal and Wafa-Ahrar October (2011), and use the tool questionnaire, Preparation of researchers. The results of the study reached the high ratio of debt responses prisoners suffered from various forms of medical negligence in Israeli prisons, where the rate was 77.70%. The study results showed that the psychological effects resulting from medical neglect of prisoners in Israeli jails responses average, where the rate was 62.1%, also showed the results of the study weak responses prisoners editors about the effects of social, moral and security implications on medical negligence in Israeli jails responses which, respectively, 41.5% , 37.7%, 37.9%. The results of the study also found to increase the role of the Palestinian governmental institutions and civil support the steadfastness of both prisoner in Israeli jails, or after the release of 88.3%. The study concluded conceived proposal from the perspective of social service to mitigate the effects of medical negligence in Israeli jails.
