<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This Study aimed to know the extent of obligation of Palestinian Police members in Gaza governorates to human relations principles according to the instructions of Islam and to know the two points of view of Police members and citizens (people) about the extent of obligation to these relationships. In addition, it aimed to know the range of difference in both views about the degree of Palestinian police obligation to human relations principles according to the teachings of Islam religion. To achieve the purposes of this study, the two researchers designed a questionnaire that is consisted of 33 sentences distributed on three axis's: (ethical and moral variable, citizens feedback, and occupational performance). The study reached the following results: 1-The intermediate response grade of police sample in ethical and moral control field reached (87.29%), while citizens percentage reached (72.84%).
