This work deals with a fundamental issue in the domain of Juristic Reasoning. This issue is the case of not applyint the same judgement on the orgin and its cause in any form. Some scholars of fundamental "Fiqh" (Jurisprudence) consider this as a specification of the cause; others consider it an objection to it. The reseach classifies the issue into different divisions. The cause may be stated directly, deduced or may be more general than that. This research considers what scholars say in each division. It discusses and indicates which is more right.
