<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This research is entitled "An Applied Jurisprudence Study of Moud A jwa Issue". It tackled an issue related to the trading in prices in a deep study. This topic aroused an old dispute between banning and a conditioned permitting which appeared in new images with the development of life and its branches through mentioning its meaning, images, judgment and its contemporary applications. The two researchers pointed out that trading in prices is permissible under the conditions which ban usury and go round it. To reach this result, thetwo researchers concluded that, this study demanded the definition of usury, illustrating its types, money used in usury, the reason for banning and the purpose lies behind it .
