To realize this objective the researcher divided this study into three_x000D__x000D_

and impact on marriage agreements. The second part explains the_x000D__x000D_
meaning of the contemporary medical methods, its importance and_x000D__x000D_
the faults it can prove. The conclusion discusses the affirmation of_x000D__x000D_
using contemporary medical methods in proving the faults of_x000D__x000D_
marriage and its impacts on marriage agreements.
