<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

The study aimed to identify the trends of individual investors at Palestine Securities Exchange in Gaza strip. This was achieved through examining factors that affect investors' manners and tendencies. Some of these factors, discussed in this paper, include stability of investing environment, performance of registered companies at Palestine Securities Exchange and performance level of the exchange market itself. The study used a descriptive analytical method based on data gathering and analysis. A questionnaire was designed to survey the study sample of local Palestinian investors. The number of returned questionnaires was 274. The study found that many investors cared about following the latest developments of exchange market and other businesses through mass media. It also found that staffs of financial mediators working at Palestine Securities Exchange are not fully competent to help investors take their own investment decisions. Furthermore, rumors constitute a major external factor negatively affecting investment. The study also showed that the possibility of investment aboard has a negative impact on investment decisions in the Palestine Securities Exchange.
