<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the occupational safety and health measures in the scientific laboratories in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip. The researchers used the descriptive analytical methods to access the necessary data, and prepared a questionnaire which consists of four fields containing (58) statements. The collection of data was prepared by using the stratified random sample whose participant number was (218) persons with actual response rate of (80%). In addition, the researched utilized the personal interviewers with users of the university labs. The result of the study showed that the senior management has fair commitment and responsibility towards the policy formulation and safety planes and programs.
