<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This study aimed to explore the possibility of establishment of several industries based on palm trees especially under the big surplus supply of dates' fruits in this area. The researcher depends on the primary and secondary sources to collect data, as well as the analytical descriptive approach has been used which consists with this study. The results of this study shows the possibility of establishment of several industries based on palm trees either food industries or other industries. The study recommended the importance of enhancing the role of Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture to care the palm trees, and enhancing the role of Palestinian Ministry of National Economy to support industries based on palm products and to protect it through applying the imports substitution policy in addition to other important recommendations.
