The current study aimed at determining the attitudes of university students towards the importance of premarital medical examination and finding proposals to support attitudes of universities students towards the importance of premarital medical examination, The study sample included (178) university students (Islamic, Al-Azhar, Al-Aqsa, Al-Quds Open), this study is considered from the descriptive studies, The study used the social survey method with random sample method, The study used a measure of the trends. The study reached many results, The most important of which is that the cognitive, emotional and behavioral attitudes of university students towards the importance of premarital medical examination were moderate, And the presence of differences of statistical significance at a level of less than 0.05 in the responses of members of the research sample according to the trends of students towards the importance of premarital medical examination for the benefit of male students, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the students' attitudes towards the importance of premarital medical examination due to the variable housing area, The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the organization of awareness campaigns for students in universities about the importance of premarital medical examination, clarifying the consequences of neglecting medical examinations related to marriage, and medical examinations include those who are coming to marriage, whether they are related to relatives or from different families.
