This research addresses prisoners’ hunger strikes in Islam jurisprudence. The study defines the term in order to reveal the Zionist violations of the rights of prisoners and to highlight the real circumstances of the prisoners and their suffering inside the Zionist prisons. Consequently, this can lead to the most important findings; that is to say, illuminating the rule and legitimacy of the strikes and the dire need to advocate the prisoners by all possible means.
